Food Waste Recycling Successfully Launched At Bournemouth’s Hotel & Catering Show

Staff and Directors of Commercial Recycling are expecting to be very busy after a successful launch of their new Food Waste recycling service.

Marketing of this much needed form of waste management culminated at the Bournemouth Hotel and Catering show on the 15th and 16th of March.

The overwhelmingly positive response Commercial Recycling received during the show was not totally unexpected because their research had illustrated that hospitality businesses are concerned about food waste.

“I am delighted with the level of interest this service has received because as a recycling company we are highly motivated to provide affordable waste management services that divert increasing amounts of waste from Landfill.” Ian Mariner, Director, Commercial Recycling

Investments made by Commercial Recycling have also ensured that their food waste recycling customers in Dorset, Somerset and Bristol will receive brand new wheelie bins and biodegradable bags.

Commercial Recycling have also invested in a new food waste recycling lorry, which allows food and glass waste to be segregated and collected at the same time. This will be ideal for managing the waste of businesses such as hotels, restaurants, cafes and campsites.
